video pop on clik image

Hi,
I try to configure on the admin module, on a photo, to open a pop pup with loading a video when clicking on the image or by cliking on a title just near the image.
Does someone can help me and tell me what do i have to put on the html box?
I put a print screen to show you wht i have now.
