Not quite sure what you mean by "add the email link in the gallery instead of the slideshow". The send email module is part of the slideshow which again is part of the imagevue gallery. This means the send email module may be used in both the gallery and in the slideshow standalone. However, it will not be available if you have disabled the sldieshow for viewing images from the gallery.
