You can see the field in bold where the instructions to change the [?] are linked. Now if you for some reason didnt receive that e-mail, then something strange is going on. Perhaps you can send me the e-mail you did receive?

And how are we expected to deal with this? You don't think we signed up for being sorted as junkmail from various providers? Many e-mail providers sort ALL e-mails into junk folders if the account owner hasn't received e-mails from them before. If I could change this in any way, I would of course do so, but it's not like I can send an e-mail to AOL and ask them to make sure they never sort e-mails from us as "junk". Fortunately, its only online providers who actually may do this.
