Copyright ????

Hello together,

I read all about the little questionmark an the copyright. I also bought the commercial version an got an e-mail with order number and password. But there is definetly no sentence with the text "additional information...." to delete the "?" or changing the content under the "?". There are only links to find templates, the forums, some support docs and a link to send my gallery.

Further it's really bad, that e-mail from imagevuex are seen as junkmail from some providers (my provider too). But I don't think, that that must be the problem of customers.

Now the question again: How to delete the "?" or change the content in it???

If theres is somebody who knows that it would be very fine when he could send me the information to this address: goose@gmx.biz. I shut down my junkfilters now to get mails from imagevuex.

I have purchsed the commercial liscence of this software and want to change the question mark info.

How and where do I do that?

You can see the field in bold where the instructions to change the [?] are linked. Now if you for some reason didnt receive that e-mail, then something strange is going on. Perhaps you can send me the e-mail you did receive?

And how are we expected to deal with this? You don't think we signed up for being sorted as junkmail from various providers? Many e-mail providers sort ALL e-mails into junk folders if the account owner hasn't received e-mails from them before. If I could change this in any way, I would of course do so, but it's not like I can send an e-mail to AOL and ask them to make sure they never sort e-mails from us as "junk". Fortunately, its only online providers who actually may do this.

A good place to start would be adding a SPF record to your dns.
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a type of DNS record created to help stop Spam. A lot of anti-spam filters include a filter to look for SPF records and if they are forged, block the messages.
If a quick google search doesn't give you answer, pm me and I can help.

I solved this issue with you by e-mail. You did not receive the information because you ordered a "special" copy of Imagevue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
