Hi,

I currently have two projects where Imageview would be a great help,
however I do not at this stage have access to the server so I can not
upload the "test file".

I know that the server is running php in safe mode, is this a problem?

If the server does not have GD2 extension enabled, could I still use
the update system? do I then upload the thumbnails manually?
How does this work?

Is there anything else I should be aware of?
I does not need any database?

Greatful for help with this before I purchase!

Imagevue should work fine in safe-mode. If GD2 is not enabled, then you can still use Imagevue, but you will have to create thumbnails manually and upload to server along with the images.

Could I still use the admin -system (without GD2) to handle manually uploaded images (titles etc.)?

Handling descriptions should work fine, as long as you can set permissions for the image folders.
