A stupid fault in my investigation ==> it's working now .

Again ! thank you for ** great patience ** !! It's working know.
The mistake that i had done is:
1. Initially, i copy all the files into a sub-folder like:
/www/index.html .... / upload/ CONTAINING ALL THE ini files
2. Then, i copy all in the ROOT of my website forgetting THOSE ini files ... in the ROOT ...
It's a little bit stupid but i was SO concentrated about the ini files into the /upload subdir instead of the root ! : Jezus !!!
