I am using Thickbox (http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/) to load overtop of flash. I wanted to just load another instance of Imagevue inside flash, but it also causes problems so I have tried the Javascript route.

After page loads, click the "OTK Diagrams" link to view the problem.

No help from customer support on this issue, so I was forced to pop a centered window using Javascript. Oh well. Maybe when they have some more time they can help me.
