This is normally not possible in the standard version of Imagevue. I believe it will be possible in a future version.

Now it's only possible to edit the source files of Imagevue in (Macromedia) Flash, and change the position of the menu.

You can find this source files in the zip-file, which you have downloaded from the site of Imagevuex.
