I can get the site menu to work with standalone slide show if I have

sitemenu = sitemenu.ini

however I can not the site menu to work with the standalone slide show if I have any other value for the sitemenu parameter...

i.e. sitemenu = kristi-front-page-sitemenu.ini

I think that the standalone slide show has "sitemenu.ini" hard coded somewhere.

It would be nice if this could be fixed at some point as I would like to enhance my site to have many different sitemenus using the standalone slide show.

As I said, you keep on moving stuff around. Please put up your slideshow, and make sure you ahve the default sitemnu.ini, but also put up another sitemenu file. Get back to me with a link when you have done so.

As you see in my previous post, a file is missing ...

Not sure why you are posting your issue in this topic. Your sitemenu works fine: http://www.ecodir.fr/20/slideshow.php?sitemenu=true

Hello Kimco,

Open slideshowconfig.ini, go to [CONTROLS] and set sitemenu = true

In slideshowconfig.ini are 2 settings for the sitemenu:

The first one is under [MAIN]: set it to sitemenu = sitemenu.ini
The second one is under [CONTROLS]: set it to sitemenu = true

Thats a flaw from my side. There should only be one reference to sitemenu in any configurations file.
